Terms & Conditions – Rapid Fixer UAE

By booking or using any service from Rapid Fixer UAE, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer technical services for electronic devices such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, gaming consoles, and printers.

  • All devices undergo a full assessment before any service is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to decline service for devices that are heavily damaged, previously tampered with, or deemed non-serviceable.

2. Warranty

  • All services include a 60-day limited warranty, unless otherwise noted.

  • The warranty applies only to the specific issue addressed and the parts replaced.

  • The warranty is void if the device is damaged (physical or water-related) or tampered with after service.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon service completion unless a prior arrangement is made.

  • We accept cash, card payments, and online transfers.

  • Service charges are non-refundable after successful completion of the work.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • We offer free pickup and delivery within Dubai (conditions apply).

  • Accurate contact and address details must be provided by the customer.

  • Rapid Fixer UAE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or traffic conditions.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take utmost care in handling your devices, we are not responsible for:

    • Any pre-existing issues,

    • Data loss, or

    • Other concerns unrelated to the service provided.

  • Customers are advised to back up all data before handing over any device.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Services may be cancelled prior to commencement.

  • Once service begins, fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only considered if we are unable to complete the agreed service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
